[SOLVED] Cooler for HTPC

Good Morning,
Am building a performance HTPC. I currently have the following three components:

1. Case = Silverstone ATX GD09B
2. Motherboard = MSI B450 Tomahawk Max ATX
3. CPU (B&H) = AMD Ryzen 5 2600

I am now looking for an aftermarket cooler. It needs to be 138mm (or less) in height and I want it as quiet as possible (without breaking my bank)
I would appreciate any suggestions.
