Currently I am using the intel stock cooler and it generally keeps my cpu between 55 and 65 celcius under load but my case is rgb and it's got a glass side so I was thinking getting an rgb cooler and while at it also possibly shave off a couple degrees. Currently I have decided on Segotep Frozen Tower T5 RGB, it looks like a pretty beefy air cooler I suppose but is it really good, would it outperform the stock cooler or would it be literally a visual upgrade and nothing more.

Solution
160mm CPU cooler support.

H410 will be LGA1200, aka LGA115x support.

CPU cooler is 154mm tall and has support for LGA1150, LGA1151, LGA1155, LGA1156 (LGA115x)

Should fit just fine.

Without a budget it's kinda hard to filter the options, but based on the Segotep you like, you're around the $30-50 cooler market with RGB.

Several options to consider (in no particular order):

Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition
ID-Cooling SE 224 or SE 234 RGB
LEPA Neollusion RGB
Deepcool Gammaxx GT ARGB

...or you can get a ~$20 non RGB cooler and slap a new, shiny, better performing RGB fan.

Funnily enough all those have been in consideration, is the ID Cooling decent because I can't find much tests or information about it. There is some cheaper than the segotep even.

https://www.techpowerup.com/review/id-cooling-se-914-xt-argb-se-914-xt-basic-92-mm-cpu-coolers/ (This is the 92mm fan variant)

https://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/9624/id-cooling-se-224-xt-black-cpu-cooler/index.html This is the one installed in my rig now, which is a non-rgb full black version, but it performs similar to the RGB one.

Because it seems like you do know your stuff, can you confirm if my case is capable of fitting those because I never had those heat pipes design coolers ever in my pc. The case I use is a Powercase JX188-2 also the mobo is h410m-hdv, should be compatible right?

Thanks for the feedback, I just ordered the segotep cooler because I found it is now 33% cheaper because of some discount from 35 dollars to 24 dollars(roughly, my country is in another currency.)
