Cooler for i7 3770k

I just got a good deal on a i7 3770k and it does not have the stock cooler with it, So deciding which cooler to go with. Looking at the obvious CM hyper 212 evo, as well as the Cryorig H7, and the bequiet pure rock. So looking in the $30-40 range. Looking for best cooling that is quiet for stock and light overclocking

Solution
Saw some benchmarks with a 4770k and the be quiet seems to have similar cooling to the hyper 212 evo, and is quieter. Also kind of wanted to stick away from the hyper 212 because the pure rock and h7 have a more refined aesthetic. Also the 2500k has a soldered heat spreader, where ivy bridge went to paste and generates more heat, so i was trying not to make a comparison to sb cpus.

I got it used off Tek Syndicate forums, got the cpu and a msi z77a-gd55 for $250, the same guy also had a Xeon E3 1230 v2 + asrock c216 ws + 8gb ecc ram for $285, but seems it is sold as well.

Watch your local craigslist and the buy sell trade / classified part of the forum. I've seen 3770 locally to me a few months ago for $150, and someone right now who...
The Cryorig H7 offers the best over all performance. Just out of curiosity how did you find an i7-3770k and what did it cost? That processor is the best I can upgrade to without changing my motherboard. I use the CM Hyper 212 Evo to Cool my i5-2500k, I don't even hear it till the CPU reaches 50°C because of the way I have the PWM set to 60% on the motherboard. The Evo stays under 60% of it power until my CPU reaches 50°C. I rarely exceed 36°C unless I am gaming or benchmarking and I've never seen it go above 65°C.

Watch your local craigslist and the buy sell trade / classified part of the forum. I've seen 3770 locally to me a few months ago for $150, and someone right now who has a 4790k for $200 about 45min from me and a 2500k for $100 about $15 min away. I got my 5820k, x99 ud4, and 8gb ram in jan of 2014 for $550 off craigslist, which was about $200 off retail at the time, and still great pricing now. So if you want to take a risk, buying used can pay off.
