Please help me choose cpu cooler for i7-6700k. I am thinking to get Noctua NH-D15 or NH-U14S or NH-U12S. All of them fit my case but I want the smallest one which can cool the cpu effectively. I will moderate OC to 4,5-4,6 max.

Honestly the gtx 970 and r9 390 are really neck and neck, there isn't one highly better than the other. If I know how many watts in your PSU, that would help.

As for brands, MSI is known for being cool, quiet, and overclockable. If it's not too expensive I'd go for that.
Look for MSI, Asus, or Gigabyte as they are the big three when it comes to Motherboards. Which one to get will vary a little bit into personal preference as there are many with many different features, some exclusive to each company, and ports like USB 3.1 Type A and Type C

Can i ask here for gpu so i won't open another thread?
I cannot decide between R9 390 and GTX 370. In my country (Greece) both are almost in the same price, just around 400 euros. My budget is this, can't go higher. I would like to get the one that is simply better. I'm at 1920x1080 at the moment and I'm not getting a new monitor for a long time. And my main concern is silence! So, which one and from which manufacturer?
Please help, I'm very confused!

It's Corsair 750 AX.
Msi Gtx is 379 euros and Msi R9 390 is 369. I think I'm going with the R9 cause it's newer and with new drivers and DX12 maybe will get even better. Thanks for your help.
As for mobo, I'll get either ASUS Z170-DELUXE or Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5 TH. Whichever become available first at the shop I'm buying.

How's that motherboard working out for you? I've heard many problems steaming from it.

I had to push the memOK button to boot first time.
Problem is XMP profile for many ram sticks.
Other than that, the "slow boot" issue. For me it takes 15-20 seconds (cold boot), but i don't care because i don't shut down the pc ever.
