Cooler for I8086

What is the best air cooler for the new I7 8086 cpu?

Yet to see anything aircooled surpass Noctua NH-D15 effectiveness yet...although I'm sure something the size of a basketball will be delivering soon for TR2's 250+ watt TDP...

Cryorig R1 Ultimate: (A little below Noctua but good)
Dark Rock Pro 3: ( Overall good with some overclock potential)

Worth also considering AIO's for the 8700K - 280 or 360 AIO - as an example my 360 AIO keeps my 8700K @4.9GHz at 70 Degress C in Prime95 version 26.6
