I got a phenom II x2 545...Is the Coolermaster Geminii S a suitable cooler for it??

It's a decent cooler. But far from the best me thinks. Still a huge improvement over the stock Intel/AMD cooler though.

It's best advantage is quiet fan due to the 120mm fan. And it's airflow can also help RAM sticks cooling. It's also AM2, LGA775 compatible as well.

It's worse feature it's huge size. And your mobo will also decide how good it's airflow would be.
