Cooler is "crashing"

Hello,

I bought a new MSI GL72 6QD. I got 1 cooler and it worked fine in the start. I bought my laptop 1th April. When i turn on my cooler booster now while playing Arma 3, Counter Strike : Global Offensive. (So it run about 6500 RPM) it will crash and after 2-5 seconds it will start up again and run 6500 RPM, and then crash. I don't want my pc to be lava

Please help!!!!

Just go for warranty if the cooler is not working right.Have you tried without it? What are the temperatures?
Can check via the next,

You can open hwinfo32,after that open the sensor window by checking sensors only,
after that click run.

Thanks, i dont need that program. I got Dragon Gaming Center. When my pc get hot i cant use cooler booster.

I don't think i bought warranty D: ???

Sorry,thought you we're talking about an extra laptop cooler.You talk about MSI's cooler boost function.Still if it doesn'work properly should you be able to to contact MSI's customer service (or talk to the shop you bought it from) and maybe discuss an rma of the laptop.

I'm not sure what you call a "crash" when looking at that.It's nice that you don't need "that program",but i still don't know how hot the laptop really get's or more precise the cpu and gpu.

I contacted the MSI Support and i am waiting for answer. I dont think i bought warranty ? But are they giving it if the computer not works 100%

You don't have to buy warranty.it has a certain period of time where it has a manufacturers warranty anyway.Something like 2 years but it can differ,from MSI,

To the problem who got the same problem.

MSI said i should update my BIOS and EC versions because they were outdated.
