Cooler Máster Hyper 612 rev2 vs N620

Hello everyone! I wanted to ask which of the 2 mentioned CPU coolers will cool the best, as I'm building a and based PC (was thinking of FX 4300 or 6100 mainly, or MABY FX 6300), and I was planing to overclock as high as I can. Those are both priced very low in Argentina as both owners of these coolers bought it but it was too big for their MoBo. So, which is better and will cool the most? How much of an OC can I get out of the CPUs mentioned with the best of these coolers? Thanks!

They are both great CPU Coolers and are both very similar I would just choose the Cooler Master 612 because of how quiet it is, if possible I would get the Cryorig H7 but that might be out of budget.

Thanks HeroRobotic! That CPU cooler model isnt available here in argentina sadly! The 612 is 400 pesos (35 usd) more expensive than N620 sadly. Is it worth the difference? Thanks!
