Cooler master 212 evo vs be quiet dark rock 2 cpu cooler

Which is better for my system and which is better performance wise? Be quiet dark rock 2 or cooler master 212 evo? I will be slightly overclocking but not to the extreme. Here is my system;
Intel i5 4670k
Gigabyte Z87X-D3H
MSI Geforce gtx 760 twin frozr
16 Gb ballistix tactical lp (2X8)
Samsung 840 120 GB Hard drive
Seagate 2 TB Hard drive
Areocool X-predator X3 Evil Gaming Case with 20 CM Orange LED Fan
Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt

I not had any experience with the dark rock but the evo is a fantastic cooler, i5 2500k oc to 4.5GHz and never goes above 69c all cores on prime95 when i had the evo. Thats not bad for a budget cooler.

Thanks I will get the cooler master hyper 212 evo then. I heard better reviews from that cpu cooler anyway but I just wanted to make sure. Also will i need to buy thermal paste or does the cool master 212 evo come with good thermal paste already? the thermal paste i had in mind of getting is this- http://www.amazon.co.uk/Arctic-Silver-Artic-Thermo-Syringe/dp/B000OGX5AM/ref=cm_lmf_tit_5_rdssss0#productDetails i am not sure if this thermal paste is any good though if not do you know any other good thermal pastes.

Dark Rock 2 is a great cooler for overclocking.The 212 is a budget cooler for mild overclocks.
