Cooler Master 412S Fan won't spin

Got my new PC yesterday (store put it together), and i have already played some games ( arma 3, CSGO) and i din't hear neither see the cpu cooler fan spin once!

Help?

but all my other fans in the rest of the case spin normally!

Make sure the fans power plug is plugged into the motherboard. If it is and not working take it back to the store and have them fix it.

So, i opened up the case, and it was correctly pluged, also, i spin the fan with my hand and suddenly it started to work but with some noise and VERY FUCKING FAST, now i restarted the PC and went to bios and put the CPU FAN SPEED TO NORMAL, and now doesn't spin again.

ether replace the fan with a new one or take it back to the shop and have them replace it.

lol there us a little cable betwen the fan, and i push it back and TARAMMMMMMMMMMMM!
