cooler master 700w thunder vs corsair cs750w psu?

my specs are :-
i3 3.10ghz
8gb ram
r9 270x 2gb
intel dh61ww motherboard

i hav 1tb internal hard disk and 500gb external hardisk
and in India and that also in my area ... i have options of corsair cs or cooler master thunder series ....

so which 1 do u think is better (in 750w) for little bit of overclocking of the gpu?

as at present i m having 600w cooler master thunder psu....!!

and evga and seasonic products are not available in my area in india... !!

my pc is getting restarted again and again on 600w cooler master psu as once i have overclocked my gpu very little... sometimes it gets restarted 5 time in 1 hour or sometimes 2 times in whole day

GO WITH CORSAIR CS 750m best for over clocking ,,,because this is comes with 80plus gold certified ,,,,,,if u want to overclock than u must have a minimum 750w or 850w 80plus gold certified PSU
