4+4 cpu.
Looks Good for a entry level system where Not alot of power is required for GFX Cards.

Did Build an average Am4 system in this case and all is good see pics.

Uh... no. It's a cheap case with poor cooling capability and has a cheaply made, low quality power supply. I would not use a CM 'elite' series power supply as a door stop. The PSU does not even have an 80+ certification and lacks some protective features other budget models have, not to mention the low quality capacitors and other cheap components it's made from. You get what you pay for. It's one thing to use a cheap case, as long as it can provide adequate cooling but pairing a bad case with a terrible power supply is not a good idea on any level. Good luck with that.
