Cooler Master CPU Cooler constantly turns on and off and makes an awful noise?

Hey guys,

Recently i have been getting this horrible noise from my PC from one of the fans but it would surpass after a while. Today i had enough to opened it up and noticed that the CPU Cooler would spin, then stop spinning and then start again (Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing). I took it off and gave it a good clean but unfortunately that hasn't done anything.. any ideas? the rest of my PC specs are below! thanks guys.

i think the bearing came to an end, best is to get a new cpu cooler and rma the hyper 212.

Yeah i assumed it was dieing, its working fine now but the hour or two or horrible noise is unbearable haha. ill definitely be replacing it, any recommendations? cheers
