I'm building a PC on a budget, and this is the cheapest PSU with a popular brand I can find. Does anyone have any experience with it?

no. i doubt anyone would want to buy this one new.

what are your pc specs/configuration?

aim for a seasonics s12g 450-550 or xfx ts 550,
an evga 500B psu may work temporarily.
