Agreed with jsc. Extreme Power series from Cooler Master is their cheapest one, and not recommended for gaming rigs. Rather go with their GX series, Silent Power Pro or Silent Pro series. They are more expensive, but they are also better built and provide better efficiency than the Extreme Power series.
 
Yes that psu will run that card but not very efficiently.And it's not a 600W unit it produces just shy of 550W.

Cooler Master GX models aren't really much better and offer mediocre performance for the price.

If you're looking for cheaper good quality units i would look for an OZC.
Antec and Corsair make very good units but cost more.

They certainly do!you'll only need two 6pin the 6+2 lead is for high-end cards.
