Question Cooler Master H100 fan LED issue

Cooler Master H100
seasonic S12 111 500w
2x8gb 3200mhz corsair vengeance lpx RAM
500gb ssd

Ive recently built this simple build for my daughter, everything is working fine but when I shut down the PC, the front 200mm fan will stop spinning but the LED will not switch off. Ive downloaded the asrock LED software and I can control the light no problem but unless I turn the LED off totally using the software, it still wont shut down when the pc powers off.

I have it connected to the addressable LED header,(number 2) but the fan had a different connecter also, a 3 pin which I have connected to number 7 Chassis/Water Pump Fan Connector (CHA_FAN2/WP)
