Question Cooler Master H500M Front I/O Cables

Hey all,

My question really is, that there is a USB 3.1 type C gen 2 cable coming off the front I/O that I have no idea what to do with. I can't find a motherboard with this type of header. I can't find an internal adapter with this type of connector either. Wth do I do with this thing? It's driving me nuts!

Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk

You can't use it. Board lacks the option.

So any thoughts on what to do with this cable? The information out there on these type of connections is sparse at best.

I believe you can buy a converter to make it into a gen 3.1 usb, some cases come with them I believe. Or at least they did that gen 3.1 to gen 2

That's what I've been looking for, maybe I just need to look harder. This case did not come with one though. It should have at the price I paid for it damn it lol. But hey, thanks for the info.
