Question Cooler Master H500M RGB lights ?

Hello there! I have the Cooler Master H500M case for some months now and I just cant find a way to customize the RGB lights. The default one is the rainbow (I'm not sure if Im referring it properly but it shows all the colors basically). Now I dont know if the motherboard that I have is incompatible with this because I heard that some motherboards don't work properly with every case. Mine is Gigabyte Z490 X Gaming if anyone knows please let me know!

You must have connected the leds to the motherboards Addressable led connector. Does the Fusion software work with them?

They are connected but the fusion soft doesn't change anything but the freezer
