Cooler master HAF 922 front fan not working?

Okay so I just built my new pc and I plugged the front fan of the HAF 922 into the power supply along with the other fans. The LED light for the fan is working but the fan itself is not turning. What should I do?

Try plugging the fan in the Molex adapter came with it, if still a problem. plug it in the MOBOs FAN PINS. If still not working, RMA it.
