cooler master haf x. It seems like the fans are way to quiet, is this normal?

I just bought a cooler master haf x. (first build) It seems like the fans are way to quiet, is this normal? I'm use to store bought desktops, maybe the fans are supposed to be this silent in this case? are the fans not getting the proper rpm? Thanks for the help.

This is a very high end case. You should be worried if they are loud. One of the best cases on the market.

Thanks for the fast response! Appreciate it. I'm just blown away by how quiet it was, and wanted to make sure it was normal. My first build; desktops I am use to sound like leaf blowers compared to this. Love it! Thanks again.
