Cooler Master Hyper 103 installation problem

I just bought a Hyper 103, but I can't get it installed. I think the instructions are not clear at all.

1| You'd need to pass on your full system's specs when asking for troubleshooting advice.
2| According to the manual, the installation is straight forward. You're going to have to remove the stock backplate from your motherboard, replacing it with one supplied with your cooler. Regardless you can follow through this video

The instructions included with this thing are TERRIBLE, and barely legible. While I did manage to get mine mounted in the end, I took it off and threw it in the bin as my temps were worse than the basic Intel cooler.
