According to the above: no.
Even if you capped the cpu's frequency at its base(3.8ghz), that's still 125w max. The Hyper 212 is designed to handle up to - but not exactly, 150w.
25w of headroom isn't much to work with.

If you can't afford a decent 200w+ cooler for a 10th gen K SKU, I don't think you should be looking at one at all.

Thank you for the reply. I just didn't want to spend another $100 for a cooler but if it has to be done... Could you recommend a cooler that meets my needs, knowing I am not overclocking?

Well, if overclocking REALLY isn't on the radar, and also doesn't - well, shouldn't - cost over 100USD...

Thank you. I saw recommendations for the Noctua-U12A but I don't see anywhere that it mentions LGA 1200. I was looking at i7-10700k & Maximus XII Hero and those have LGA 1200. Am I missing something? Here are the link I saw:
