Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO possible damage?

There is some kind of weird blemish on one of the heat pipes. Is this a problem? It doesn't feel any different to the touch than any of the other heat pipes. Still, advice is appreciated. I did a quick google search and couldn't find anyone with the exact same issue.

No it is fine. It doesn't stop the transfer of heat to the fins at the top.

I didn't think it would be an issue, but I just wanted to be sure. First time using an aftermarket CPU cooler.
