Question Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition making whistling sound ?

I have new CPU cooler, a Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition and when I start a game its slightly whistling and also when I close game it's again whistling.
When im doing nothing there is no whistling. Can someone help me ?

CPU Cooler is new and installed fine.

The cooler won't whistle by itself.

It may be the fan on the cooler interacting with the cooler fins.

Or it may be the cooler fan itself, independent of its attachment to the cooler.

Have you stopped the fan by hand to confirm that the noise then disappears?

If confirmed, I'd imagine the solution is to replace the fan, the cooler, or both.

Same thing happening with me, been trying to find a solution. Everything is working fine obviously since its brand new but I realized it mostly does it on action as of using chrome or loading a game, or even during the game as long as the cpu has to work a bit. It makes a small whistle noise then stops, then does it again.
