Hi.

I have a Antec NX200 Mid Tower case
MSI B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard,
Ryzen 5 3600 (stock fan)
Gigabyte RX 5700 XT OC Ed. 8GB.

Basically, the temps on my motherboard and GPU are cool, with motherboard being at around 45-55 max under load, and GPU maxing at 75-80C.
But, since I have the stock cooler on the 3600, my idle temps stay at around 45-52, chrome browsing at around 50-55. When playing games, however, even with the side panel open, undervolted by 0.1V, and Precision Boost turned off, the 3600 goes upto 80-88 while gaming. I live in India, so the temperatures and humid levels get pretty wild in the summers. I have 3 case fans total, one stock fan on the front panel maxing at around 850-1000 rpm, a top fan maxing 2000 RPM, both intake, and an exhaust fan maxing 1400 RPM.

With this in mind, should I get the Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition Cooler RR-212S-20PC-R1 or the Noctua NH-L9x65 SE-AM4? The case can barely fit the hyper 212 (158.8m cooler vs 165mm case) but the Noctua cooler seems to be aimed more specifically at keeping it low profile while I don't really care about a few decibels higher or lower as long the CPU temps stay cool.

Which one should I get?

Cheers

Neither. Try and get one of these instead:
ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO
Thermalright TRUE Spirit 140 Direct

Also, that's plenty of space. 164mm cooler height VS 165 chassis max is 'barely fit'.

If you insist on those 2 coolers: the Hyper 212.

Yo
Thanks for replying, appreciate the info. However, both the coolers you mentioned aren't available in my country or at least aren't available on any e-com website right now. Good to know there's plenty of space for it to fit. Though, considering my budget and the options available (still plenty of other options available), I'd narrowed it down to getting one of the two.
Is the 212 far behind the ones you mentioned or is the difference negligible?
