Question Cooler Master Hyper 212 Turbo LED vs Cooler Master Master Air MA410P?

Hello Tom's Hardware Forum,
which cpu cooler should i take for better performance to cool my ryzen 5 3600? I want to overclock my processor in medium level. So, now tell tell which is suitable for me between from these two coolers of cpu-
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Turbo LED or Cooler Master Master Air MA410P ??

I can't take AIO or liquid cooler because it's over my budget. Now suggest me from these two coolers.

the MA410P should be slightly better. The 212 LED is a step back from the EVO as far as the contact patch - the MA410P may have the updated HS setup from the 212X.
