Cooler Master Hyper 212x Compatibility

I want purchase a Cooler Master Hyper 212x but I am not sure whether or not it will be compatible with my setup, the specs are as follows:

Mobo: asus x99-a/usb 3.0
RAM: 8Gb hyper x fury
Case: Nox Modus Blue Edition/black

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
