Wish you all had a very nice 4th of July & Eid Mubarak. Now getting down to the problem,
Apparently, I have to build a system for my neighbour who has all the parts in question below except for the CPU Cooler. I will need some answers, suggestions, options etc regarding the build(Regarding the COOLER ONLY). Let's begin.
Parts(All procured from Amazon India):
► Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-GAMING 5 LGA 1150 socket
► Processor: Intel i7-4790k
► RAM(Memory): 2×8GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance w/ heat-spreaders 1600MHz. Depending on the answer neighbour can increase it to 32Gigs.
► Graphics/Video Card: ASUS STRIX GTX960 2GB.
► HDD: 4x 2TB WD/Seagate 7200RPM HDD
► SSD: Still not figured it out. He wants a 1tb WD Black, while I want him to buy a 120GB SSD(I think it is cheaper,better,faster & specific[OS only]).
► SMPS: Some bronze rated 80+ corsair 600W to 850W range, not sure.
▲PURPOSE OF BUILD:▲ Gaming, video editing, Running Revit Architecture, AutoCAD Programs, photo editing, turning himself into an insomniac etc. etc.
Now the coolers in question are(apart from liquid ones', which are way more costly), Hyper 212X or the Cooler Master EVO.Will the 212X cause any trouble in sitting the RAMs', should he chose to go for the complete 32gig setup ? If yes, then what are the alternate budget coolers he can purchase ? Also, can he use the above 32gig setup with 2 fans(push-pull config) on the 212X.
