Cooler Master Hyper 212X for I7 6800K??

Is the cooler master hyper 212x enough to cool down the temperature of the i7 6800k to decent temps?? And when i say decent temps, I don't want the cpu teml to exceed 70 degrees celcius. Or do i need to get a liquid cooler since i have the extra money to buy an aio (all in one liquid cooler)?

I'd want something a little better, especially if planning to OC, a decent 240 AIO would be good

I'd go for a Noctua D14 or D15. It performs on-par with most 2x120mm or 2x140mm AiO coolers, with less noise, at half the price.

+1 closed loop cpu coolers are only great if space is a limiting factor.
