i need advice in buying cpu cooler
which one should i get? and will it match with my GIGABYTE GA-870a-UD3?

or just tell me if you have another choices for my mobo
i m planning to oc my phenom cpu
thanks

What case do you have? Without knowing the case, sizing isn't known. The CM Seidon 120XL will probably be the easiest to install and most likely to fit in any case. It will provide excellent cooling to your Phenom (or any other CPU for that matter). The CM Hyper 212 is an excellent budget cooler but can be strained by overclocks. The Noctua NH-D14 will be able to achieve the lowest sound levels and still provide excellent cooling. The NH-D14 is a huge cooler though. To fit the NH-D14 you will need ~160mm of vertical clearance above the CPU socket (Z direction from motherboard), memory sticks without tall heat spreaders and enough room around the socket (the socket area may have a case fan nearby which could interfere.
