cooler master hyper 212x vs deepcool frostwin

i'm getting both of them at same price here, so which one will be a better choice for my fx 6300,also will they fit in CM elite 431 plus

I would go for the CM 212. The deepcool doesnt seem to get good reviews.

Check for reviews at www.frostytech.com. They have lots of cooler reviews, and cover noise as well as cooling.
