Cooler master hyper 412s

I'am gonna build my own pc system .
but i want to overclock my Amd 8320.
Is the 'Hyper 412s' the right choice.
I reading about this cooler that it has a 3 pins connector!
I don't want watercooling!

Do you mean 212?

Don't expect very higher overclock maybe 200-300mhz

There is a 412 its a less powerful model then the 212
