I try 4.3 ghz in bios and windows won't even start... But at 4.1 ghz these are the temps i'm getting Idle. 4.1 GHZ Thermal Margin, stays above 40... and when under load and stays above 30? Is this bad?

In games, OC helps only if processor is bottlenecking GPU, all on it's own it's not going to help even if you change it to a processor double the speed. It's up to particular game's engine how it uses processor and GPU and in what ratio. Some, particularly on older engines use only one thread so even number of cores doesn't matter much.

What is the point of these overclock nonsense anyway?
guy1: AMD FX8320 on stock 3.5Ghz clock-plays his game its 40FPS
guy2: AMD FX8320 on overclock 4.3/4.5/4.7 whatever plays the same game-result? 40FPS
NO FUCQIN difference. This is just bullshit.
I know. I know. I overclock my AMD8320 from stock 3.5 to 4.4Ghz --not even 1 FPS improvement. This is just Horsecrap. Nonsense. The only good thing that happen when you OC is when you changed that horrible loud stock AMD CPU fan, and your new cpu cooler is silent.
