Hello!
I've ordered a new processor, and I'm wondering if my current cooler will be sufficient for it aswell. If I'm correct it does fit in LGA1151, but will it be enough to keep the processor cool? For now I'm not planning to overclock, maybe in the future but then I'll buy a new cooler for sure. So, will it be enough until then?
Thanks in advance!

The T4 is (supposedly) a 140W TDP cooler - and the 8600K at stock, is a 95W TDP chip.

It should keep the CPU cool enough at stock speeds.

115x sockets all use the same mounting, so anything compatible with older sockets will be compatible with 1151 without issue.

If you don't already own the T4 though, I wouldn't buy it. IIRC it's a ~$25(ish) cooler.

Whereas <$10 more could get you a Cryorig H7. A better cooler all-round, and would even allow some reasonable OCing should you decide to.
