Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO vs Stock Cooler

Getting an i5 4460 an wondering how much of a difference there would be in temps between Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO and the stock i5 cooler? If the the temps are good is it worth overclocking?

Well it is a locked CPU so you can't actually overclock it to begin with. A stock cooler will do the job but since it comes in the BOX version of the CPU (which is more expensive) it's better to buy just a CPU and some different cooler. The TX3 Evo will always be better than a stock and the price difference will be insignificant.
