When they say it can be opened up and expanded upon, does that infer that I can daisy chain an additional video card to it?

Please will one of these companies make a dual 120mm and dual 140mm sealed liquid cooler that has the radiator divided into 2 parts, for example 2 separate 120mm radiators so I can mount one on the top exhaust vent and another on the rear exhaust vent.

This would be great for those of us who do not have cases with 2 120mm or 140mm vents right next to each other.
