Question Cooler Master Masterbox NR200/NR200P compatibility

Hi All,

With AMD announcing its Zen3 Ryzen CPU's, Nvidia's RTX 3000 series, and upcoming Big Navi announcements, its a great time to be upgrading your desktop. I have a ATX build from 2014 that I am trying to fit into an ITX build (mostly for a challenge).

The Cooler Master NR200 caught my eye, since I am trying to re-use as many components from my ATX build and the hardware compatibility for this ITX case seemed pretty extensive for the asking price.

Before my wallet starts crying, I am trying to see if the following parts from my 6 year old build can be squeezed into the new chassis. Any feedback on whether its remotely possible would be appreciated:

1. A SeaSonic 860W 80+ Platinum fully-modular ATX PSU
2. NZXT Kraken X61 280mm AIO CPU cooler + 2 140mm AER fans
3. 2 SSDs + 1 4TB Western Digital Hard Drive
4. Extra 120mm pressure optimized fans as needed.

New stuff

1. A 330mm card (Haven't decided between a hopeful RTX 3080 (16 G variant) or closest Big Navi alternative)
2. AMD Ryzen 5900X
3. A B550 mobo (Haven't decided on one just yet)

Thanks for the response. I should have perhaps been more clear in my question. I already know that the case supports the following:

ATX PSUs (they actually offer a 3D printable ATX PSU brackets).

280mm AIO cooler support

It also supports a 330mm 2 or 3 slot card as well (RTX 3080 and 3090 FE editions both fit)

I have build pictures that have managed to fit both the AIO and the gpu and pictures that show a full size ATX PSU installed, but the intent of my question was to see if anyone had experience fitting all three in the case.

Unfortunately the core-v21 is a great micro-ATX case but it kind of defeats the purpose of an ITX focused build.

Plan carefully and read a few reviews.

The psu needs to be SFX or SFX-L, not ATX

I am normally not a fan of liquid cooling, but in a space restricted case, that may be the only good option.

Looks like your 2.5 and 3.5 drives can be accommodated.
I think I might opt for a m.2 pcie ssd regardless since this is a top end build.


The specs and thermal requirements for the 5900X are not yet out.
At this point you can only make tentative selections.

It may be a while before we see availability of 3080/3090 cards.
I think I would opt for the base version which will get heat out of your case more directly.
