Question Cooler Master Mastercase H500 ARGB front LED's not lighting correctly

Hi,

I have just finished my PC build but noticed that the front LED's on my case are not lighting up correctly. (Images attached)
I am running the ARGB cable to the supplied rgb controller which is powered by a SATA cable going in to the power supply.
The LED's turn on but only some of them and they are very dim. Using the button on the controller changes the patterns etc but again they are very dim and some don't light up.

Any help would be massively appreciated, thank you.

Can you verifty that you are running 12volt RGB leds with the 5volt argb lighting. Dim or not lit is what I would expect, lucky it did not go 12v into 5v.

Motherboard manual - look into the lighting control
Two types of control, ARGB and RGB s - they use different plugs
Look at information that came with the case and hub - should state what type of fan leds and type of hub control argb or rgb.
You could list all your part numbers here and someone with more time may do the cross referencing for you.
