Which one of the two PSU's is good at buying in your opinions?

My PC Specs:
Intel Core i7 8700K
Asus Rog Strix VEGA 64
Team Group T-Force DELTA RGB
MOBO Gigabyte B360 Aorus Gaming 3

between those two, I would go for the CM Masterwatt - it's a bit better quality unit.

definitely a choice between 2 bad units. one is less bad than the other but is still not a good choice.

I have about 70-100$ to spend on some PSU with about 700W or less.

Yes, I know it's 750 watts, but the 650 watt version is currently 92 bucks and has no rebate. Besides, you could put a 1000W PSU in there for the same price, your computer only takes what it needs anyway.

You could try to narrow down your searches using filters on sites like PCPartPicker.com or simply use Newegg. This PSU Tier list will tell you which series of power supplies to avoid. Do mind, it doesn't include all power supplies (especially newer series). But the ThermalTake one you mentioned is Tier F. The CM one is Tier D, so at least a little better. You're not going to find a Tier S for 100 bucks or less. The SeaSonic Focus Plus line is a very good line of power supplies.
