Question Cooler Master masterwatt650w bronze or Antec earthwatts gold pro 750w

I need a Psu for my ryzen 3600 and aorus 1080 xtreme with 2x8gb 3200 ram.
I can't get my hand on a decent 550-600 Psu so these two are my best options.
CM is around 10 dollars cheaper and 750w is overkill.
I'd rather go with CM but if Antec is worth the quality I'll go with antec
So help me guys which one has got better quality?
