Question Cooler Master MB511 rgb fan issue

Hello!
I need some help with my recently purchased case, cooler master mb511 rgb. There are 3 rgb fans at the front and they are spinning but they are not lightning up.
I am using Asus Rog Strix X470-F gaming with cpu cooler connected to argb header, leaving 2x4pin rgb header where these fans should be connected to. Splitter 3 to 1 rgb came with case and all of them are connected and tested on both rgb headers with same result.
Any idea what might be the issue and how to fix it?

Check the manual step 10, test these fans by connecting them directly to the front i/o panel

If these fans work, and I think you may not connect the fans properly.

I cannot explain why or how, but rgb started working after I unplugged and plugged the cable back into mb for 20th time... It simply started working
