I have a very strange problem with this keyboard. Everything works normally on some colors but on the red, green and blue the left side of the keyboard stops working. It also doesn't work on all effects. I tried everything, to change usb ports, reset the computer multiple times. Nothing helps. The keyboard is new, turned on two hours ago for the first time. Please help me.
