Question Cooler Master MWE 1050 Gold V2 ATX 3.0 psu good for RTX 4090 GPU

I want to buy a NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPU and i am looking for suitable ATX 3.0 PCIE5.0 psu "new tech".
All i can find in my location is Cooler Master MWE 1050 Gold V2 ATX 3.0 psu. when i checked it in PSU-cuiltist website its in Tire-B rated psu.

Is it ok to Pair it with RTX 4090 GPU. i want a good quality psu which can handle RTX 4090 in performance and safty?

MWE V2 series psus have good quality components like in Corsair rm series?

very few atx 3.0 pcie 5.0 16pin PSU availible. the Cooler Master MWE 1050 Gold V2 ATX 3.0 psu good for 4090 gpu if i choose this?

If not good, Please explain why?
