I have this psu and have been using it for three months but many people have told me its a bad psu.
I am using it with these specs -
Ryzen 5 1600
Rx 580
MSI B450-A PRO motherboard
16gb patriot viper 4 RAM
2th hdd and a 240gb ssd
Heres a link - https://www.scan.co.uk/products/700w-cooler-master-mwe-700-white-v2-230v-fully-wired-80-plus-single-rail-58a-1x120mm-fan-atx-psu?gclid=CjwKCAiAhc7yBRAdEiwAplGxX1K27nUwpfn91QhaIJJ1Cl-nblyUKKDyL61KQZobOxgA2ZYbSY8f_hoCsxsQAvD_BwE
Id just like to know if it will be fine with my system.
When I will upgrade however i will get a TXM, EVGA supernova or gigabyte APGM. Thanks

Is there a good detailed review of this PSU somewhere?

If not, then how is this PSU rated as being bad?
No. Because PSU reviewers tend to only get PSUs that manufacturers know will review well.

But here's what we DO know... It has 230V only (typically I stop there as "bad PSU"),.

But Cybenetics did do a tear down of sorts. It shows that it does use an LLC controller and has DC to DC, which makes it better than probably every other 230V only PSU out there, it's still 230V only. If it was full range, I would say it's fine.
