I have a fx 8350 , msi 970 gaming, asus 660ti ,8gb ram 500gb×2. This all with a cooler master 500w mastet lite smps . The psu that i purchased by using CM psu calculator. Its recommend a 450w .The problem is it freeze . And After some time even it in normal use.it limited to 1.3ghz. I change graphics card into my old hd 5450 2gb graphics card and then there is no problem. And cpu works atfull clock speed i think this may be the reason of power balancing some thing like that. Can any one explain and please recommend a psu. ... i am
"Budget guy" so dont go so far on price.

Solution
Those calculators are based an ideal PSU solution which is not available on all PSUs. Most of the time power PSU is rated for is an absolute maximum on all voltages and is not for prolonged use. Main measure of it's real power is to multiply Ampers on +12v branch by 12. You can practically ignore all other voltages as even 5v branch is usually quite enough for those few parts that need it, like USB for instance.
