Cooler master psu fan is not spinning

I have changed smps. I have new cooler master thunder 600 watt. But now problem is fan is not working of psu. Pc works for 20 min then automatically sgut down and start again.
Please help ASAP

If you bought a cheap or pre-owned/ refurbished PSU I would understand; cooler master is supposed to be reliable; could it be another part causing the issue > Motherboard?

Sometimes you have to think upside down. my mistake. fan is not spinning because my circle cabinet have smps in upside so i put the Cooler master PSU upside thats why its fan landed on his net and stuck. I did the cabinet's upside to Down and Problem Solved. LOL..
