Cooler Master Seidon 120V

I purchased this on newegg. I'm not overclocking, I just need a cool case. How much cooler (an estimate) will this keep my PC compared to a hyper 212 Evo? Also, is it loud. As long as a rock concert isn't going on in my PC, I'm all for it. (Got for 30 bucks. OMG, 30 BUCKS FOR A WATER COOLER?!)

I have a similar sized Corsair H60. Both are 120mm rads. My Corsair does about the same job as my 212 EVO used to do. Almost can't tell the difference in temps for OC'ing. At stock, you really will be overkill with either.
