Cooler Master Storm Stryker & ASUS Maximus VI Formula

Hi everyone, I'm currently in the process of assembling a custom build and I'm in need of some guidance before I click the big ORDER button.

Will this fit in a Cooler Master Storm Stryker cabinet?:

ASUS Maximus VI Formula
Cooler Master V8 GTS

And will these RAM sticks fit next to the V8 GTS cooler?:

G.Skill TridentX 2 x 8GB or G.Skill TridentX 4 x 4GB

And lastly, is it better to run two dual channels or one dual channel?

First of all I really don't know about the dual channel thing, I personally believe you should go with the 2x8gb sticks so if you ever do want to upgrade later on you can, and according to the specs of the storm stryker, the v8 and the maximus vi formula will fit. If you have any more questions please feel free to let me know.

Thanks for the answer! What about the G.Skill RAM, will they be able to fit next to the enormous V8?
