Cooler master storm trooper cable Help needed

I have tried to cable up my new case/pc. I got everything ready only for 1 cable that i dont know where to place it and this cable come from the start button. http://snag.gy/2yh6h.jpg , i have tried everything seeying all the place i have left but nothing seen to lead to this one Soo can someone help me with this please so i can start my pc up. i got an Z97 gaming 5 Motherboard

Ooh thx to know, the problem is i got some issues this days. 2 days ago i was playing a game when suddenly my computer shut down and wont start , i buyed a new Psu and extra case and got them today so i put everything together and stuff, and still my computer doesnt turn on with the new psu soo now i am thinking it may be the motherboard but first i need to test if its right or not can you give me some tips on checking this before i buy 100 euro + things that arent needed

to test her rmove her from case and use minimal parts on that means os drive 1 ram stick and the cpu with cooler and if you have onboard video use it ,the other test it to look at your cpu if it does not have any bent pins and repaste cooler after also if you have a magnifier look for any abnormal parts like bubled capacitor or resistor pr diform coil even sign off burn on parts the other thng check north and south bridge if they do not move or board or seams to be loose .
