My pc spec are
Processor - I3-3210 3.2 GHz
Ram - 4gb ddr3 1333 MHz
MotherBoard - Intel dh61ww
OS - Windows 7 ultimate 64bit
and gtx 650 ti 's maximum power consumption is 110W is this psu is good enough to power gpu and my system without any kind of problem
is gtx 650ti 's 110W power consumption is very high or it is normal?

450w is plenty as long as it is a reliable and high quality PSU.

Stick with antec, XFX, Seasonic.

is that Antec VP450 is good with my rig without any problem i live in india here it is very hot in summer are you sure my gtx 650ti 's 110 watts don't problem with that

Both the 650ti and 750 are pretty low end cards. they will run games at low/ medium settings right now at 1080p. Do not expect to get more than 2 years out of it before needing to upgrade for better game experience.

YEs, but it is made with low quality parts. It will work, but I do not recommend it. ESPECIALLY somewhere it gets hot. These Cx units are known to fail when warm.

Antec for sure. MUCH better than the others. The Coolermaster is junk, and the Corsair is not good at all.
